Our Mission
Gwen’s House of Grace provides safe, stable, peer-led transitional housing for adults seeking to maintain recovery and self-sufficiency by offering a structured, substance-free living environment and connections to community resources.
Our Living Environment & Support
At Gwen’s House of Grace, we offer a safe, structured, and welcoming living environment designed to support stability and independence. Residents share common living spaces that encourage community and connection, while having access to both shared and private sleeping arrangements based on availability.
Our home is built on accountability, respect, and support. To help residents stay on track, we provide monthly house meetings where concerns can be addressed, expectations reviewed, and communication strengthened.
We also offer practical supports to make daily life more manageable, including:
Weekly transportation assistance for essential needs
Help with food access and basic necessities
Connections to community resources for employment, healthcare, and support services
Onsite computer access for job searches, applications, and personal use
Residents benefit from a comfortable and functional environment that includes laundry machines onsite and outdoor seating areas, providing space to relax, reflect, and build community.
Gwen’s House of Grace is not a treatment or clinical facility. Instead, we provide a peer-led, supportive housing environment where individuals can grow, rebuild, and move forward with confidence.
